Elsner’s ZFV-1-20 fully automatic wet and dry wipe folder offers the ultimate in flexibility and versatility thanks to the ZFV-1-20’s ability to switch easily from wet or dry products whenever needed. Products such as cosmetic wipes, baby wipes, floor mop wipes and airline refresher towels are just a hint of what this versatile converter offers. With an in-line production speed of up to 300 pieces per minute or 425 feet (123 m) per minute (132 mpm), the ZFV-1-20 can meet the most demanding production requirements and tolerances. The ZFV-1-20 offers the unique capability to convert single wipes, stacked wipes of multiple count and/or cross folded wipes all on the same machine. For the utmost in flexibility, the ZFV-1-20 offers a 50-inch diameter parent roll stand, a canti­levered unwind three-inch (76mm) airshaft as well as mechanical edge positioning and an integrated automatic tension control with multi-pad airbrake.
